30-Day Satisfaction Commitment
Customers may request assistance, a refund, or an order resolution within 30 days of confirmed delivery by contacting:

Refund Eligibility
Refunds or resolutions may be provided when:
- An order is canceled prior to shipment
- An order cannot be fulfilled
- An item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete
- A shipment is confirmed lost in transit
- There is a verified processing or fulfillment issue
Because products supplied are laboratory research materials, physical returns are not required in most cases.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Please notify us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos, if available (to assist faster resolution)
We will offer, at your choice where applicable:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Store credit
Shipping Issues
- If a shipment is delayed or lost, we will work directly with the carrier to investigate.
- If loss is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be issued.
- If tracking reflects delivery but you did not receive the package, we will assist with resolution steps.
Our focus is resolution, not fault assignment.
Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Store credit may be offered as an option but is never required.
Payment-Method Notes
- Credit & Debit Cards: refunded to the original card
- ACH / eDebit: refunded to the originating account
- Cryptocurrency: refunds are issued via store credit or equivalent value, due to blockchain transaction finality
These distinctions do not affect eligibility for assistance or resolution.
