Grey Axis Research LLC is committed to reliable, transparent shipping and prompt assistance if any delivery issue arises.
1. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) using the following options:
- USPS Ground Advantage — Flat rate $7.75 per order
- USPS Priority Mail — Flat rate $12.25 per order
If you require a different delivery method, please contact us at admin@greyaxisresearch.com prior to placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information by email.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and destination:
- USPS Ground Advantage: approximately 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: approximately 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier conditions.
4. Tracking Information
All shipments include USPS tracking. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
5. Shipping Eligibility & Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- International shipping is not offered at this time.
- Customers must be 21 years of age or older to place and receive orders.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives with an issue:
- Please contact us directly at admin@greyaxisresearch.com within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery.
- We will work with the carrier and the customer to investigate and resolve the issue.
- If a shipment is confirmed lost or materially delayed, we will offer a refund, replacement, or resolution, consistent with our Refund & Satisfaction Policy.
Our priority is prompt and fair resolution.
7. Research-Only Product Notice
All materials shipped by Grey Axis Research LLC are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal use and must not be misused as medications, supplements, or treatments.
By placing an order, you confirm that you:
- Are 21 years of age or older
- Understand the research-only designation
- Accept responsibility for lawful handling and use of all materials
This designation does not affect your rights under our refund or shipping policies.
