By purchasing, you affirm that you understand the research-only designation and accept full responsibility for lawful handling and use.

4. Orders & Payment

We offer multiple payment methods, which may include credit/debit cards, ACH/eDebit, and cryptocurrency.
Payment availability may vary by user eligibility and compliance status.

• Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
• Once shipped, orders are subject to our Refund & Satisfaction Policy.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for compliance or risk reasons.

5. Refunds & Satisfaction Commitment

We stand behind a 30-day satisfaction commitment.
If there is an issue with your order, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery
and we will work with you to provide a refund, replacement, or resolution.

6. Shipping

We ship orders within the United States using USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives with an issue, customers may contact us within 30 days and we will assist with resolution.

7. Payment Method Notes

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are issued to the original card.
• ACH / eDebit: Refunds are returned to the originating account.
• Cryptocurrency: Due to blockchain finality, refunds are issued via store credit or equivalent value.

• Fraudulent payment or refund claims
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All site content, training materials, policies, text, graphics, and assessments are proprietary
